I am perfectly serene as I arrive at Everial to manage my 11-strong team. Some of them work here, others have been seconded elsewhere. My main remit is to make sure that our clients’ requests have been taken on board, planned out and invoiced in due time, and that the goals set by Management have been reached. I like to manage in a spirit of goodwill, and I am always ready to listen to my reports.

I handle the setup and monitoring of large projects myself. The biggest project I have had to steer was that of CIC Insurance: it took four months. 49,000 units were stored on three different sites.  I had to oversee training for external staff at Everial, with a well-balanced organisation and logistics along with a cost-benefit analysis.

For my assignments to run smoothly, I rely on crucial skills such as responsiveness, adaptability, organisation and good listening skills. I hate to let anyone down, so I constantly strive towards perfection in all that I do. My attitude is that there’s a solution to every problem!

We have daily debriefing meetings during which any problems are reported, to be sure of providing our clients with top-quality service while ensuring the best possible working conditions for our technicians. The team then analyses these issues in order to come up with the best solutions. The aim being to “get it right first time”.

The main factors for a smooth assignment are: keeping processes under control and teamwork, in a spirit of mutual respect where goodwill and an upbeat spirit go without saying.
