Everial’s sustainable success is achieved through collective work, continual development of human potential and the active participation of every one of us. This is why social dialogue is at the very heart of our policy.

    Global Compact
    - As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, the EVERIAL Group undertakes to act in favour of its ten principles concerning human rights, labour rights and environmental protection.

    - Because we believe in human potential and equal opportunities, we undertake to prioritise only people’s skills: whatever their gender, age, cultural, religious or political background, during recruitment or career development processes. Our human resources management policy aims to integrate people with disabilities through active partnership with organisations such as CAP Emploi and Handiplus.

    - Our social commitment relies on our staff. We pay particular attention to improving their working conditions and developing their skills.
    For this reason, in February 2007 we set up a training centre for our employees.
    Its objective is to develop their skills by offering them participatory training in line with technological and regulatory developments in the document management market.
