The image, and in particular photography, is an information medium that now justifies the creation by EVERIAL of a special centre equipped with all the necessary technological and human resources for image management, storage and distribution.

A team comprising iconographers, archivists, photo editors and digitization operators offers the following services :

- Audit of archive and filing conditions and diagnostic of storage conditions

- Organisation of photographic resources: sorting, editing, cleaning, restoration, naming, indexing, packaging, etc.

- Digital processing of all types of original media: negatives, slides, glass plates, autochromes, old print runs, etc.

- Production of digital catalogues specific to each client enabling digitization of the entire collection of resources

- Assessment and legal audit of rights relating to the images stored, right of personal portrayal, moral and matrimonial rights, copyright

- Storage in adapted dedicated spaces (dark rooms, controlled temperature and humidity, fire protection) and availability of consultation and work rooms

- Search, extraction and transmission of photographic documents requested by the client with file digitization and transfer (secure FTP site, CR-ROM, DVD, hard disk)
