Training is delivered through theoretical presentations, methodological input and practical work, helping trainees adapt their knowledge to a professional context and acquire new ways of responding.

In order to develop the skills of your staff and enable them to upgrade their knowledge, we build a training programme together that is specific to your needs.

These courses last between 1 and 3 days and are held at your site or at our training centre.

Following a consulting and organisation brief, we offer to draft a training programme to enable implementation of change management.

Through active and participatory learning, we involve trainees throughout the training sequence.
