EVERIAL offers :

Dematerialization of Proofs of Delivery (POD) and all associated documents with :

- Daily collection of PODs at the client’s site by Everial shuttle or digitization directly on-site,
- Digitization of PODs on the same day,
- Physical storage of digitized documents.

Documents made available on a secure document portal with :

- Indexing of the POD image base linked with your IT system (e.g. index/printing spool for your forms).

The solution functions in internal or external mode. In the first case, we provide you with one or several digitization terminals so that you can enrich your database yourselves. In the case of an outsourced solution, our input teams manage the whole processing and on-lining procedure.

Our EDI specialists will develop with you all the connections and interfaces required to integrate the input data directly into your ERP or accounting system.

Very fast set-up
The EVERIAL solution does not require any modification to your systems or existing organisation. You will receive your transport receipts or pre-input proofs of delivery (images + index) directly in digital format if your system allows, or these documents will be available directly on-line on our secure servers.
The interfaces with your own IT system will have been created in advance in order to guarantee full integration.
